Client Care Services

We are always looking for outstanding individuals to join our team of Client Care Services. Our CCS’ are responsible for the first impression of the hospital to our clients and patients. He/she must be a friendly, professional and courteous individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include computer skills, customer and patient interaction, telephone contact, appointment scheduling, etc. No experience required, however computer experience is preferred. High school graduate education or equivalent preferred. Flexible scheduling with various shifts and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Certified Veterinary Technician

The veterinary technician is the primary supportive position to doctors and patients. He/she must be able to pay close attention to detail, respond quickly and calmly to crises and maintain very high standards of patient care. In addition the veterinary technician must be able to communicate well with clients, showing compassion for their pets. Previous experience and state certification is preferred. Graduate of accredited veterinary technician program recommended or minimum of 3 years experience working as a technician in a companion animal hospital. Flexible scheduling with various shifts and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Veterinary Assistant

The veterinary assistant works closely with the doctors, veterinary technicians, clients and patients. He/she must be able to follow orders, quickly and safely handle animals in situations that may be less than ideal. The veterinary technician must also be able to communicate with coworkers and work as a team member. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. High school graduate education or equivalent preferred. Flexible scheduling with various shifts and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
